    "I am extremely disappointed with how Klay Pre-School has handled my son’s potty training. He has been fully potty trained for over a year, and I made sure to provide clear instructions in writing during his initial assessment while enrolling him 2 months ago . Despite this, the school has repeatedly forced him to poop in diapers instead of taking him to the washroom when he asks. My son always communicates when he needs to use the washroom, so even if there was a communication gap or they forgot about the instructions, it is still their responsibility to take him to the washroom when he tells them. Forcing him to poop in diapers has caused him unnecessary discomfort and confusion, as he holds it in when he doesn’t have access to a proper restroom. This issue reflects poor communication and a lack of attentiveness to the needs of young children. I expected better care from a pre-school of this reputation."

    "I am extremely satisfied with the care my child receives at Klay daycare. The staffs genuinely care about the well being of the children. Whenever my child is uncomfortable or has any issues, they inform me immediately, which gives me great peace of mind. Also they have live CCTV, so that we can check how our child is doing throughout the day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for safe environment for their child."
