Ms. Amrita Madam who runs d school has a very rich experience with which d school has reached to a greater height with a very short span of 4 years only n will always hv an upward trend in future also. She has an excellent leadership qualities with which she leads a very competent team of good teachers, support n office staff who always take great care of all the kids. Ms. Amrita Madam is very positive, good listener n has a very unassuming, considerate, matured n very well understanding nature. Because of this, all the teachers, staff n complete school team have an excellent attachment with the school. Ms. Amrita Madam herself teaches to the kids which boosts their confidence level to a very high level n those kids who have inner fear, they immediately get mixed and make their friends in the school. The kids who start crying on their first day of joining the school, the very next day they show smile on their faces. This is only because of d skills n expertise of Ms. Amrita Madam, her teachers n staff. All take care of the kids as if they are their own. The school is very well equipped with very specious area, big rooms, and good playground with ample water n electricity availability. This practice also encourages n inspires to all the kids. The opportunity is given to all the kids. The school give uniform treatment to all the kids and their parents. No disparity is found. All the events like get-togethers, parent meetings, sport competitions, Indian festivals are regularly arranged n celebrated by the school where 100% participation is found.
