    "The behavior exhibited by the staff was highly unprofessional. Initially, they declined to address any queries personally or over the phone, insisting instead on the submission of an admission form. Following the submission of the form, there was a complete lack of communication via email or messaging. The sole correspondence received was a receipt for fees payment. However, the user ID and password provided on the receipt never worked, as there was no option for login on the school website. When attempting to inquire about the status of the admission, the response received was that communication would only occur via email if there were vacancies available; otherwise, it was implied that admission would not be granted. Despite the hefty fees charged by the school, their approach to communication and transparency was entirely unprofessional. It's important to note that there are several other reputable schools in the vicinity. Despite their prestigious history, this institution appears to prioritize financial gain over the welfare of prospective students and their families. Therefore, it is prudent to exercise caution before considering enrollment in this school."
