About Little Bo Peep | ANAND VIHAR | 20TH ROAD, KHAR | MUMBAI

Forty-one years ago when two precious two-year-olds entered Little Bo-Peep to inherit an education, the magic and miracle of our school began. Over four decades and 6,000 pupils, the one thing that has remained constant is a toddler's indescribable curiosity and desire to learn. It is now universally acknowledged that the first six years are the most crucial in an individual's development. The Little Bo-Peep family is well aware that there is no other time in life when so much is learned in so brief a period. Happiness, emotional security and a structured learning programme form the keynote of our approach that seeks to stimulate the intellect of children between the ages of 1 ½ and 5 years whilst ensuring their optimal physical, social and aesthetic development.

    "The phone number they've given is just for the sake of it. No information, nothing at all what so ever is provided. Either they tell you call again some other time or they'll ask you to visit the campus. They won't even give you the basic information that the phone numbers are given for. Worst communication skills EVER!!"

    "My son attended the school from 2020 to 2023. They are really good and engage the children really well. Teacher/helper to student ratio was roughly 1:4 throughout. They often organized picnics and other activities for children. Each day was fun and well planned. They taught the children to write and my son started writing fairly well in capital letters; without any effort at home. I highly recommend them."

    "Shame Shame Shweta! I am writing this with a very sad heart but I have been shocked by the appalling attitude and behavior the school has exhibited. Even my parents are amazed at the lack of co-operation the school has exhibited shown. Given you are running your school as an education business, treat this as customer feedback. If I recall correctly, the school is your mother's legacy and I may be taking plenty of liberty but I don't think she would be proud of the way you are going about running this. Our child was going through a tough transitory phase and we have been as co-operative as possible and have tried to abide by school rules to the extent possible. Probably more than we should given how you have been crowing about us bringing a specialist to other parents who, from what I know, don't provide any shadow and you still take the kids to school everyday even though they have hit other kids resulting in bleeding. We believe in sending our child to school everyday and after you have mentioned the need for shadow teacher/nanny, we didn't send our child to school for a period of one and a half months late last year. While we were running pillar to post to arrange a shadow for our child, you and your staff were making your best efforts to sabotage this instead of co-operation. I gave you the benefit of doubt several times as I have great reverence for teachers and the profession but your lack of accommodation for even 15 minutes was the final straw. I am also hearing that your staff is instigating shadow teachers (Saying our child is like this only and the school will be shut for May and how will you have job after that). You can get away scot-free here but I would find it improbable if you mention that you didn't have any inkling of this. I don't know whether you are a parent but imagine this happening to your kid. If you really had a challenge with our child, the ideal and gutsy move would have been to tell us that please take a refund of the remaining period and we will provide him with a school leaving certificate. Instead, you waited for the fees to be credited to your account and then let loose with lack of co-operation. We are not confrontational by nature esp. with education and never brought up the fees issue even when we met a couple of times. Finally and you might not like this part at all. I would have accepted that all fault is ours had your results been upto the mark but they are all pomp and no show - Over promise and under deliver. May be we are judging on a very small sample of us/our class but boy they don't smell good at all. While we finished the session abiding by all the rules, we are certainly not recommending a snobbish school focused solely on rich and famous to anyone let alone exposing my children to more of it. You don’t even deserve one star!"

    "One of the best preschool/kindergarten out there. The school has now entered it's 50th year and has been the first place of learning for so many children over the years! It has evolved over the years to keep with the changing trends and really sets your child for success as they enter primary school. Thanks to all the teachers :)"
