    "Prima Bay Lnt As first-time parents with full-time jobs, we were initially anxious about how we would manage our daughter Jia's care, schooling, and our work. At just 15 months old, the decision to place her in daycare was challenging. However, meeting Simran Ma'am eased our concerns. She patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand the daily routines for the children, making us feel comfortable about starting Jia's journey at Klay. On Jia's first day, we were a bit worried about how she would adjust. But to our surprise, she came out saying, 'Mujhe yaha daily ana hai!' (I want to come here every day!). From that day on, Jia has loved going to Klay, often asking to go even on weekends. The nurturing environment and engaging activities provided by the Klay team have been a perfect fit for her. The teachers and staff at Klay consistently offer new activities to keep the kids engaged and share daily observations with parents, helping us stay connected with Jia's progress.     "Klay Prima Bay has excellent infrastructure, proactive center director Ms Simran and well qualified teachers and didi's. This was the first day care to which we had sent our 13 month old kid and we continued here for 1 year till we relocated from Mumbai. It was second home for our son and he enjoyed him time there. The CD and staff goes out of their way to address concerns of parents. They celebrate each and every event with full enthusiasm. We had a great experience at Klay Prima Bay and would highly recommend it to all young parents."

    "I enrolled my twins in Klay in November 2022. It has been the best decision, its an extended home for us. I saw many daycares around Chandivali and what I liked about Klay the most was the professionalism of the Center Director, Ms Simran. After talking to her, I was very sure that I am enrolling the kids here. Found Klay best in terms of hygiene, child proofing, all the didis are mature (Its my personal opinion, I feel a little uncomfortable with young girls as didis), the food comes from a remote kitchen, but is very good, balanced and healthy menu and kids eat well at Klay. My kids are fussy eaters and Klay was very helpful. They are very transparent and accessible. Live CCTV access was a big plus point. Center director closely supervises all the staff and is involved with each child personally, she is caring yet firm which I feel is very important for the right behavioral development of little ones. Despite the large number of kids, all kids get sufficient individual attention. Very satisfied in terms of kids's development in terms of language, habits, eating habits. The teachers maintain a good balance of fun and education. There are lots of activities every day, I am most happy about the dance class and gym class, that ensures that children are physically active. Klay Prima Bay really turned out to be my village for making the space for me to work on my career. The only thing I wish could be better would be more natural light and softer colors. I wouldn't change anything else. Thanks to Simran Mam, Komal Mam, Amita Teacher, Sadhna Teacher, Radhika Teacher, Shruti Teacher, Zeal Teacher, Shabnam Didi, Sushma Didi and all teachers and didis whose names I am missing. My kids love all of them and are very happy to see each one of them."

    "My daughter was part of Klay family since she was 2 years old. She had a wonderful time. The staff led by Simran are caring and warm to all children. The school/daycare facilities are clean and well maintained and the curriculum is interesting and well planned. Kavya always had something new to learn every day. The CCTV camera was a blessing keeping parents stress free. What used to touch me a great deal is the genuine concern and care the staff had when Kavya had her phases of "picky eating" or not taking part in group activities. They used to pay special attention in these instances to ensure she is happy and is at ease in school. It has helped her a great deal to socialize better and become more independent. Thank you so much Klay Team! You rock! To all the worried parents looking for help with childcare...Klay is the place for you!"

    "It has been more than 2 years since we became a part of the Klay Prima Bay family and this has been the best parenting decision I made. My child was still an infant when he first started at the daycare but the utmost love, care, warmth coupled with the highest standards of professionalism in dealing with small kids left me rest assured that he was in good hands. I cannot imagine having pursued a full time demanding job without Klay Primabay. The open and pro-active channels of communication maintained with parents with full time CCTV access, detailed daily reports, frequent parent teacher scheduled interactions, anytime walk-in check-ins with staff helped me never lose track of the child's growth and progress. I am extremely grateful for the well rounded curriculum that helped instill good habits and discipline in the child along with encouraging curiosity and values. Lastly, the child thoroughly enjoys meal times at Klay and is served a balanced nutritious diet according to the growing needs of the child. The only thing missing at Prima Bay Klay is an outdoor play area and sunlight in classrooms except the spacious indoor playarea. Although the center maintains very good cleanliness and hygiene, this is one of the banes that comes with the vertical living in a city like Mumbai. All in all I am extremely happy and grateful to the center for providing world class daycare services without losing the loving touch."
