    "One of the Best school in the vicinity of Sanpada. Location is wonderful, being besides the Palm Beach Road ensures Best connectivity. Location is not so much crowded, though some new buildings construction is going on that may be some noisy. I would really appreciate the school management, principal and teachers for the efforts they put in kids academics. School timely provides regular updates on portal for what they had covered in the school. I am happy that my kid is part of it. Excellent in projects and academic based activities. I really appreciate the Schoolympics happened last week for the sports based activities. Performance of children were amazing and show a true spirit of Student - Teacher understanding.     "As a proud ex-Jaipurian, it pains me to hear how the school that once shaped my formative years has deteriorated in quality. During my time, Jaipuriar School was known for its discipline, holistic development, and supportive staff. However, the stories I’m hearing now about the management, the principal, and even some of the teachers are shocking and disappointing. 1. Mismanagement Taking Over It’s upsetting to know that the management, once efficient and approachable, has now become unresponsive and careless. From sudden changes in schedules to ignoring student and parent concerns, it seems like the administration has completely lost its grip. What happened to the collaborative environment we used to have? 2. The Principal: A Shadow of Leadership Hearing that the current principal is disconnected and dismissive is heartbreaking. During my time, the leadership was inspiring and focused on students' growth. Now, it seems like decisions are made with little regard for students' well-being, leaving everyone frustrated. A principal should lead with empathy, not create an environment of fear or indifference. 3. The Decline of Teaching Standards (Especially in Maths) I’ve heard some troubling feedback about the Maths teacher (Sir). A subject like Maths needs patience and clarity, but it seems like students are now being met with sarcasm and ridicule for asking questions. This is unacceptable in any classroom, let alone one that once boasted strong academics. 4. A Toxic Environment The once-balanced focus on discipline and creativity now seems skewed towards enforcing rules without reason. The school that once encouraged individuality and exploration now feels like a rigid, uninspiring institution."

Both the events felt like a big party celebrating our school and all the cool stuff we do. 5.
