    "1.Unhygenic and mosquitos in the premises : After joining here just 25 days back (4 hour daycare), my kid has got severe mosquito and bug bites , whenever my daughter comes from daycare, I just can't see her body full of mosquito bites The owner claims(no fact or proof) that they do pest/bug control , I am taking my kid to doctor for 4th time in just 25 days After returning from the USA , I rarely take my kid outside because of mosquito season So evidently, she is getting the mosquito bites from daycare 2. Very Disdainful and arrogant owner - She accepts complete payment in the beginning, where she makes a good rapport that she would provide videos and photos of your kid every hour till they get camera access and even after camera access, but fails to provide even a single photo/videos and even if she provides it's after a lot of follow up which is so disgusting (as if we asked her free service) She is not a person who can hold a conversation. she just wants to fight on and on (one way communication where only she blathers, doesn't respect parents at all) 3. Camera access and quality/offline status is a forever problem Even after paying for camera access, the camera wasn't working for the past 2 months, which I got to know at the end of the 25th day from the owner, for us it might have worked hardly for 2 to 3 days I never use to communicate with the owner, but whenever I did, just once or twice , I would just ask her straightforward question of "why camera is not working from the time we joined." She gives a very arrogant reply that "if you put your child here , you have to trust us." When we asked for photos/videos(which is not available downstairs in thier premises) she picks up a fight She should understand this ,that parents taking camera access for kids wants to know their progress in every terms(their behavior , interaction with other kids etc), and it's not a just trust factor after all 4. The owner gets personal : During Initial interaction with her, there was a family connection Initially, she discussed all family connections to build rapport , got the money, and stressed on a specific word "magical"for kid who doesn't eat on their own She says she has fed my child , but all I can see in the video is my child eating one or 2 bite (which she shows in the video) , but comes home with empty stomach and crying ( they don't give even water to her or feed complete milk) In a meeting set up by her on 11th hour, where she got very personal and started complaining about me (i hardly interact with her because of her shrewd behavior) She complains as if she is principal and i am student to my family members 5. Bad reviews from other people I spoke and staff who worked there: I, on the other hand , got so bad reviews from her own staff worked in the premises about her bad behavior I would not recommend this preschool/daycare at all(1 star)"

    "Forward Steps Preschool & Daycare is an amazing place and feel so comfortable and secure leaving my infant there. I have been sending him since he was 7 months old and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff there do a fabulous job in taking care as well and engaging the child. The standard of care is so high and the team is so responsive for each and every thing to do with the kid. Special mention to Founder Kruti Shah for the support. Forward Steps is my child’s second home and I’m so happy to be sending my baby there."

    "Our experience at Forward steps preschool & daycare was amazing. All the educators and staff were very cooperative. The sense of safety and the personal touch which our child and we as parents felt was matchless. The entire curriculum at Forward steps is designed such as to give wings to your child. The teachers made sure the kids stay ,eat, read, play and leave the premises with happy faces. All the staff is extremely caring towards children. Personal appeal is always over and above professionalism. The nature's lap in which kids can enjoy is unique feature of Forward Steps preschool & daycare..
