    "BOOKED A SERVICE SLOT ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR LOCATION 😑😑😑😑 They changed their location to Rajarhat and forgot to update their map ..... I waited outside at the old service center only to find out by a local which was disturbed why I had parked at the main entrance road of theirs? They told me this service center has been closed for months and they have shifted to Rajarhat It wasted my whole day ☹️ What kind of staff forgets to update their map ???!"

    "On 13 Aug i completed free service of XUV 300 at this centre. Genuine staff with good behaviour. They did my all work on time . They declared the amount to be paid before start of work. They returned removed parts like Oil and AC filter. Service Manager Pritam Bag displayed excellent behaviour..Washing timing shall be improved. It delayed for almost 90 min."

    "Road is crowdy. Be care when drive to reach their because local people drive very rough and no traffic rule. Although service centre is good but the employees of service station is always too busy so take your own time. Otherwise you would not be entertained.     "Shree Automotive Rajarhat Workshop is newly set up with technically adavanced tools and machineries. Spreaded across the vast areas and equiped with ample number of bays and technicians which make the process super fast. Also starting from the customer lounge to service bays, separate zone and bays for Bodyshop, making the experience in next level. Areas inside the campus is very much Eco friendly. I also spent some time under the cool shade of trees inside the workshop area. I believe, it should be termed as Campus rather saying a Workshop. This is the first ever workshop in India with such an infrastructure and such an organised set up. I also appreciate the approach and interaction with Managers, Supervisors and technicians. All the managers are also very much concerned about the customer experience and they used to focus on customer pain areas. I have never seen such an proactive involvement and control of higher management even if you reach there with a regular service or small niggles. All the service advisors are listen to you and will explain you technically about the work being done on your car. Mr. Hriday Mondal is one of them who is taking care of my vehicle with his excellent expertise. Mr. Subhankar Majumder is the gem to find the RCA and properly fix for any critical techical issues. It will be very less space, if I am going to write the names each individual here. But so far my experience with technicians, supervisors and managers are in just next level."
