Our honorable sir Mr. Sounak Banerjee sir has changed my perspective towards photography and the efforts he gives is unmatchable it's truly a great feeling to be one of his students.Beside photography Sir always insist us to be humble and generous to everyone.     "I'm Ashish kumar Tanti Batch D018...since i've completed my graduation from my hometown ,there's has been nothing for me to do...i was totally lost all hopes ,there's not a single job oppurtunity for me in my hometown & i don't have any skills to give to any work place ..so when i get upset i go to some naturefull places where i captured sunsets,river,mountains,tress through my phone...then i've realised i liked to capture pictures but not have any knowledge about photography....so i searched many institutes through google and cscp got my attention because of thier beautifull pictures and curriculams on their site...i thought about this and i made it clear in my mind ... that i wanna pursue this career to get a skill for my self ...so when i get a conversation with faculty they suggest me another opportunity of (Cinematography), which i really thought i can do both and learn these amazing skills from this institute....because i like movies the visuals and storytelling through cinema....so i've taken admission in both for Diploma in (Photography & Cinematography ) ...our Sir Sounak Banerjee has given lot of knowledge about photography from the basic which can students capture easily & bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world insights to the classroom. & From the moment you step through its doors, the atmosphere is infused with inspiration, innovation, and a deep passion for visual arts.Students are also encouraged to collaborate, share ideas, and support one another, creating a dynamic and inspiring learning environment. i didn't find my genre in photography yet but i hope sir will guide me through this and looking forwarding to start cinematography ...i will looking forward to polish my skills and do something in my life so i can achieve greater goals.."

    "My love and passion towards photography brought me to Calcutta School of Contemporary Photography (CSCP).Currently, I am pursuing Diploma in Photography from this institute. From the beginning, my perspective towards this art has been completely changed and all credits goes to my guru Mr. Sounak Banerjee. His vision towards photography is completely different and he is trying to establish those thoughts and creativities in our minds too. We are extremely grateful to have such a teacher with us to guide. Coming to CSCP, in this short span of time I came to know that CSCP is more of a family than just an institution. If you are an enthusiast, Sir along with Seniors will be there to aid you in any circumstances. Another interesting part is regular photowalks and weekly competition which will keep you engaged with your camera and your desire to click more.
