    "this is the directorate of technical education in thiruvananthapuram. directorate is situated near the pazhavangadi ganapathy temple. it is beside the road. parking can be done inside the office. poly technic students can approach here for their needs and queries. generally the office time is from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. sunday is holiday. mixed oppenions for people about this office."

    "Well organised office and staffs are polite in behaviour. Due to COVID pandemic, some of the application forms and payments must be done ourselves. Like I went for apprenticeship form, and they said to fill the form and send it via post after payment of money at any treasury ourselves."

    "It has been a pathetic experience for me to obtain the transcript of my educational certificate from this office. It's a typical Kerala government office with a ‘delayed working style’ and negligent responses from the staff when you call for follow-ups, as if they assume others have no brains to think. I requested the transcript a month ago and I'm still waiting for their response. It's a matter of hours to get transcripts from the university I attended in the country where I currently live, but in my own country (INDIA), everything is delayed by some government officials. I hope that by the end of this year, my transcript will finally be issued by them. God Helps!"
