    "It’s 10.27 am and the systems are not connected, yet. This should provide a fair idea of how overrated and lethargic India’s biggest bank is ! Most people are loyal due to long associations and me especially since my Dad used to work for SB Travancore ! I came here thrice to get my Wife’s Aadhar connected & one time had to come twice to get my name corrected after they deduped my and incorrectly ! Sad, but hope there is a turnaround !"
