    "My son was here for 4 years, reception to grade 1. The only good point I have is about the teachers (whoever is left and currently teaching here). They are nice and empathetic towards students. I guess this is a case everywhere because teachers are good at heart and the profession is a noble one.. Bad points 1. Too many staff changes over the last 2 years including principals, vice-principals, admin heads & teachers (a very unhealthy trend and sign). Recently many parents mentioned in the WhatsApp group (PAC group) that French teacher exited and classes were not being conducted. They didn’t even bother informing parents. Some students informed their parents and an outcry started in the WhatsApp group. Such is the state here! Clearly they don’t seem to care! 2. Average food quality. Clearly they don’t seem to care! 3. Out of control fee hikes. 2024-25 hike was 17% despite principal email stating 10%. Clearly they are arrogant and don’t seem to care! 4. As a parent, it’s normal to have a tonne of doubts. Lack of communication on various policies (transport, pickup/drop policy, uniform policy, food, parent/teacher/management communication channels, leaves, child progress, etc) leave you disturbed initially until you get used to the culture here. You literally have to ask for every small thing only through a parents WhatsApp group (PAC group). The school actively discourages direct communication from parents. It has to be routed only through this PAC group. Unless you enquire about specific policies, you are left guessing! Such lack of communication is shocking and weird, to be honest! They are disorganised, in simple words! They could have been a lot better with some genuine efforts. Using a single WhatsApp group and avoiding direct communication with parents in today’s age reflects very poorly on the management. Clearly they don’t seem to care! 5. Every year they will try a new app to accommodate some learning. Co-incidentally none of the apps they tried till date have worked. In one word, their admin, accounts all work like a govt office with a corporate look! Clearly they don’t seem to care! We took it for a few years, but the time had come to say ‘enough of being milked and looted for such meagre and low quality offering’, even though the campus size gives you a different feeling when you visit first.. Sad! This school could have been many notches higher in quality but we found a better offering, elsewhere, in all the points mentioned above for the fee being charged. We had enough with the management 😏but will miss the good teachers 😌. Good bye Indus!"
