    "Dear Genesis School Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I have had while attempting to secure an admission seat at your school since August 2024. Despite multiple visits and inquiries over several months, there has been no clarity or confirmation regarding the admission process. Below is a timeline of my interactions with your team: August 2024: I called to inquire about admissions but received no response. I visited the school in person and was asked to return in December 2024, with no details taken during my visit. December 2024: Upon visiting again, I was asked to come back in January 2025, yet no information was collected. January 2025 (before Pongal): I visited once more and was told to return after Pongal, with no further details provided. January 2025 (after Pongal): On visiting after Pongal, I was informed to come back after 31st January. Each visit has required 2-3 hours of my time due to travel, waiting, and interacting with your front desk team. However, every interaction left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, as no meaningful conversation or professional guidance was offered. I must also bring to your attention the behavior of the front desk staff, which has been far from welcoming. The seating arrangement at your reception area feels uninviting, and the attitude of the staff comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. As parents, we are seeking quality education for our children, not charity or favors, and we expect to be treated with respect and transparency. It has reached a point where I question whether seats are genuinely available or if this prolonged process is a facade. My honest request to Genesis School Management is to address the following: Set Clear Expectations: If no seats are available, kindly display a notice outside the school premises to prevent parents from wasting their time and effort. Improve Front Desk Interactions: Train your front desk staff to engage with parents professionally and respectfully, ensuring they provide clear information about the admission process. Transparency in Admissions: Parents deserve timely updates and a streamlined process to avoid unnecessary delays and frustrations. Unfortunately, due to the time wasted in this back-and-forth, I now find myself unable to secure seats at other good schools. I am open to discussing this matter further in a one-on-one conversation if needed. Ruth Ma'am and her team have shown exceptional care and dedication, ensuring that every student, including my son, receives the attention and support they need to thrive. After discussing my son's needs with Ruth Ma'am (5th grade in-charge), she and her team provided consistent support, remedial classes, and encouragement. This helped him build his confidence and improve in many areas. His progress was clearly reflected when he won a prize in an English poem recitation competition—a significant milestone in his academic journey. Sumitha Ma'am has made mathematics both enjoyable and understandable; Archana Ma'am has played an essential role in nurturing his Hindi language abilities; and Saritha Ma'am’s guidance in social studies has contributed to his success in the subject.
