"Everyone is thinking that the most corrupted departments in Telangana government are Police department and Revenue department, but it is absolutely false, because the School Education department occupied the first position. Especially the DEzo offices of Medchal Malkajigiri district and Regional Joint Director of School Education Hyderabad offices are the most corrupted offices. Under these offices there are numerous schools running under private sector and affiliated with CBSE, ICSE and state Board. Among all the schools very few schools are fulfilled the norms laid down in the Telangana Education Act, Right to Education Act, NCTE act, CBSE affiliation bye laws, IGCSE norms and fee regulations act. Because of these offices corruption, private schools are collecting fee from the parents, According to their wish. None of the official will visit the private schools and none of the official will check the records of the private schools. Without visiting the schools, without checking the infrastructure, facilities etc simply issuing recognition to run the schools. I have the evidence that Medchal Malkajigiri district, the present DEO had issued NOC to one of the CBSE school in 2021-22, without visiting and checking the infrastructure and facilities. The most important thing is the above mentioned school doesn't have recognisation renewal from 2002-03 to classes from 1-7 and as of now the school does not have recognisation for grade VIII. I have forwarded complaint to the higher authorities of this department but as of now no action is taken. If state government will appoint a committee under the leadership of retired high court or Supreme court judges then the corruption of this department comes out. Especially the offices of DEO Medchal Malkajigiri district and Regional Joint Director of School Education Hyderabad offices some of the culprits from top most authority to attender are directly demanding the bribe from the people."

"There is a common perception that the Police and Revenue departments are the most corrupt within the Telangana government; however, this view is inaccurate, as the School Education department is actually the most corrupt. The DEO offices in Medchal Malkajigiri district and the Regional Joint Director of School Education in Hyderabad are especially infamous for their corrupt activities. Many private schools affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, and the state board operate under these offices, yet only a few adhere to the standards mandated by the Telangana Education Act, the Right to Education Act, the NCTE Act, CBSE affiliation guidelines, IGCSE norms, and fee regulation laws. The corruption in these offices allows private schools to impose arbitrary fees without any oversight, as officials neglect to inspect the schools or ensure compliance with essential regulations. For example, I have evidence that the current DEO in Medchal Malkajigiri granted a No Objection Certificate to a CBSE school for the 2021-22 academic year without any site visit or infrastructure evaluation. Alarmingly, this school has not renewed its recognition since the 2002-03 academic year for grades 1-7 and currently lacks recognition for grade VIII. Despite my complaints to higher authorities within the department, no action has been taken. Forming a committee led by retired judges from the High Court or Supreme Court could help uncover the widespread corruption in this department, particularly within the DEO offices in Medchal Malkajigiri and the Regional Joint Director's office, where individuals at all levels are reportedly soliciting bribes."

"Very bad experience.
These government officials asking to go here and there, don't care at all.
Since last three months, I am running here and there , they say - come to next week, come to next week. go to pesi Section, go to JD section, Go & meet to SPD , your file is stuck at over there.
And why I am running for this at all since I want to do something for society. But after these all exhausted totally and feeling demotivated due to system and thinking to quit, not to do anything for society.😔😔😔"

"I don't know who take action on this cm, education minister,or judiciary but this is really important issue.
I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue affecting the education system in Telangana. The private sector schools in our state are engaging in practices that place an undue financial burden on parents. There is a significant disparity in fees among schools, with no standardization, leading to exorbitant costs. Moreover, these schools are creating monopolies by mandating the purchase of uniforms, notebooks, and other supplies exclusively from them at inflated prices. This practice not only exploits parents but also limits their options and increases their financial strain.
To address this, I urge you to implement regulations to standardize school fees across private institutions and establish a regulatory body to oversee and enforce these standards. Additionally, schools should be prohibited from forcing parents to purchase supplies from specific vendors. By introducing these measures, we can ensure that quality education remains accessible and affordable for all families, fostering a fairer and more equitable education system in Telangana.
Thank you for your attention to this critical matter."
