    "The first and foremost observation that I like about Montessori teaching is that children are very particular about the materials they use , carefully keeping them back in the same place. It feels so good to see children working and learning with, without any stress. Teaching is not done by rote learning but with the help of material for all activities like arithmetic, language, practical life and dimensions. I was amazed to see a child doing counting and addition with the number rods all by herself. She knew where to place the rods and calculate. The concept of addition therefore becomes clear to the child in a practical and more enjoyable way. Unlike the traditional method, children here don’t just come and learn the ABC’s and rhymes. They are taught the minute concept of life which we as a parent also overlook. The phonics, The abacus help children understand the concept clearly. Later we parents don’t have to struggle them to make our children learn or to extra classes. I even attended the MUSIC class wher songs and rhymes are taught with live music 🎶 and children were enjoying thoroughly. Mixed age group children at ANKUR learn to bond and respect one another. The teachers are very motivated, highly experienced in the non traditional approach to learning. I was overall very impressed with school, the teaching and the methodology."
