    "Very good school my son studies here teachers are helpful and assisting students in a better way to shape the future of kids also they have sports classes which is very important for personality development of kids. Overall I can say all parents can put their kids in the akshara school without any second thoughts."

    "Our son joined the Nursery program at Akshara International School, A.S. Rao Nagar, and during the admission process, we clearly informed the school about his speech delay. The school assured us that this would not be an issue and that they were equipped to support his development. Based on these assurances, we paid the first term fees of 50,000 INR and purchased books and uniforms. However, soon after enrolment, the school began raising daily concerns about our son’s behaviour, mentioning incidents such as tearing charts, taking snacks from other students, and and not sitting still in class. We felt that teaching children social skills, discipline, and how to interact with their peers is a fundamental responsibility of teachers, particularly at the Nursery level. Instead of offering to help our child adjust and develop these skills, they suggested alternative schools as a solution for him. The situation escalated when both the teacher coordinator and the management recommended that we take our son to a doctor, which made us seriously question whether this was the right environment for him. This approach not only reflected a lack of willingness to address his individual needs but also raised concerns about how he was treated when we were not present. Ultimately, the school terminated his admission, yet they continued to follow up regarding second term fees. When we requested a refund, the management took three weeks to respond and eventually changed their stance, offering to have our son rejoin the school adding to our confusion and frustration. Akshara International School left us deeply disappointed. They failed to deliver on their promises, and their inability to provide the necessary support for a child with specific needs was disheartening. As an institution that claims to nurture young minds, it is clear they lack the training and empathy required to handle diverse student needs. We strongly advise parents to reconsider choosing this school, as our experience raises significant concerns about how they handle developmental challenges, particularly if this is the level of care in Nursery."
