“Following the child” refers to a simple but still-revolutionary concept popularized by Italian physician and education innovator Dr Maria Montessori.

It means that our job as parents is to quietly observe our children in their natural desires, instincts and preferences. Montessori is a blessing to parents who want to help their children reach their potential and develop their personalities and nurture them to be better human beings, sensitive to the needs of society.

Why to Attend Momtessori Event:

We plan to run a series of webinars for young moms. As parents we want the best for our kids and help them achieve their goals. These sessions are designed in a way where each session takes you through the various aspects of Montessori.

For example, activities that can be done at home to help your child read/write, child psychology, nutrition, brain development etc. These sessions are fruitful for moms of kids of the age group of 0-6 years but will also work for kids until the age of 10 years.

Ms. Trupti Vijay is a multifaceted personality. As a mom, Trupti gave up a lucrative career of acting and directing to understand Montessori method of learning to work with her daughter and young children. She is an internationally certified Montessori childhood educator, motivational speaker, counsellor, mentor, and a successful entrepreneur.

Ms Trupti Vijay was the founder of Atlanta Montessori School that was initiated with a vision to change the educational system, make learning fun for pre-schoolers and raising confident, intellectual, and emotionally strong children.

She was also the Program Director with Spurthy Montessori Teachers Training Institute. Before turning entrepreneur, Trupti was Program Director with Gear International Montessori Institute and responsible for training prospective Montessori teachers.

Trupti has conducted corporate trainings with MNCs like Wipro, Intel etc. for ‘Successful Parenting’. Her talks help working parents bridge the communication gap between their children and themselves thus leading to a better and guilt free family life.

She is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Fashion designing from IITC, Mumbai. Dance is her second nature and having completed her graduation in Bharatnatyam, she is currently pursuing Kathak with Shri Murari Sharan Gupta, a direct disciple of Pandit Birju Maharaj. She is also trained in Hindustani Classical music with Smt Jyotsna Mohile and Smt KantaChandra.
