fish tank indian classical dance with Jaya Priyadarshini

Dance involves using every muscle in the body, from raising the arms to standing on one's toes. Flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion, endurance, muscle tone, strength, and posture are all enhanced by dance.

Yet dance has so many other advantages that can improve your child's life in a variety of ways, making physical fitness merely one of them.

The devotion, discipline, and attention that children must acquire and practise are crucial life skills that will transfer to school, the workplace, and other aspects of their lives.

Dancing helps children develop emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
