Adequate nutrition is the key factor in influencing growth & immunity in children. A balanced diet is no more a choice today but a must to ensure Kids immunity of up to the mark. A balanced diet is a combination of Macro and Micro Nutrients. It includes appropriate quantities of carbohydrates, proteins, fat, vitamins, minerals and fibre. Each nutrition element has a significant role in all-around growth and development and building immune blocks in kids.
A gap in intake of the proper nutrients can put a child into a vicious cycle that has a direct negative impact on immunity & growth & might result in infections.
