Fish Tank- ART OF BHARATANATYAM

Fish Tank- ART OF BHARATANATYAM

Event Details:

Dates:  1st Jan 23

Day:  Sunday

Timing:  10AM to 10:45AM

Children enter a life of discipline, devotion, and passion by learning Bharatanatyam. Bharatanatyam is a dancing style that combines dance, music, and theatre, and it teaches kids poise and self-improvisation. Watch the positive changes in your kids while they practise Bharatanatyam!

The mythology, customs, and traditions still practised in the nation serve as the foundation for the literature and ethos of the dance works. The dancer creates an astonishing synthesis of all the arts in themselves and the performance as a whole. This demonstrates that a dance student is a well-rounded arts learner.

It is a great workout because it combines stretching exercises based on yoga with aerobic and high-intensity movement. In nritta, or pure dance, the emphasis is on developing speed, strength, and stamina in addition to the fundamental grammar of movement.

We have our fabulous guest, Ms. Apeksha Mundargi to give you all insights about hope and gratitude during this interactive session with the children and the celebrity show host Mrs. NIDHI KUMAR.
