    "I recently went through the admission process at HUS for my son’s IBDP Year II admission. The entire process from the enquiry, interview until the admission confirmation & registration was handled very smoothly. A special thanks to the Admission Coordinator, Ms. Yamini, for her immense support and guidance throughout the admission process. Her assistance made the experience seamless and stress-free. Even though we are from abroad, we never felt any hurdles and challenges on reaching HUS team on all our queries and interview processes, this would have never happened without Ms. Yamini’s outstanding swift response and support!! Feedback from my son : Interview process was very smooth and kind. The interactive session with IBDP coordinator was very friendly and fruitful, helped me to clarify all my queries regarding syllabus, TOK and CAS. I’m eagerly looking forward to study in HUS Chennai. We are confident that HUS will be a great value add place for our son and we’re excited for his journey ahead!!"

    "We approached HUS for my daughter’s School admission. As a admission coordinator we contacted Yamini Mam .On that day even though she was on leave she made her best effort to clear our questions by online meeting and there after ensured in person meeting with Dara Mam and Uma Mam. So we went with our daughter and they spoke to my child. The conversations with all these great people made lots of positive impact on my child which is very visible to us There after Yamini Mam contacted us and guided us on everything and made us feel comfortable than stressed Great people, Very passionate , Very empathetic, high clarity yet very simple and Humble After very long time had a great experience Now wondering how we missed HUS even though my daughter was with LOKO POKO and that too We stay in Hiranandani Over all great experience with HUS and trust that this is going to be good turning point for our daughter Penning this message with lots of hope and positive feelings so kindly forgive me for spelling and other grammar mistakes Ramani and Uma"

    "Subject: Feedback on Admission Process and Concerns Regarding Administration at HUS I want to share my recent experience with HUS to help other parents make informed decisions regarding the admission process and administrative interactions. I had received admission confirmation for my daughter and son over a month ago. Following this, I consistently emailed the school and the admin head regarding the next steps. However, I did not receive any response for weeks. On 25/01/2025, I visited the school with my daughter to pay the registration and admission fees, expecting a smooth process. To my surprise, the admin head approached us and started questioning the entire admission process from the beginning. She then said she would need 24 to 48 hours to decide whether to admit my children, despite the prior confirmation. She also demanded a bonafide certificate from my children's previous school as proof of their education, raising this requirement for the first time and doing so in front of my daughter in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. When I asked why my emails had been ignored for over a month, the admin head stated she was absent for two days and had not checked them. This is unacceptable, as my initial admission request was sent in December 2024, allowing more than enough time for follow-up. The admin head’s attitude during our interaction was shocking. She was rude, dismissive, and argumentative, even walking away mid-conversation, stating she did not care if my daughter or I were upset. This behavior, especially in front of my daughter, left her deeply disheartened and upset, tarnishing her excitement about joining the school. In contrast, I must highlight that the chairman, reception staff, coordinator, teachers, and Ms. Yamini have been extremely kind and supportive throughout this process. Unfortunately, the admin head’s behavior overshadowed the otherwise positive impression I had of the school. This experience raises serious concerns about the school’s administrative efficiency and professionalism. As parents, we expect transparent communication, timely responses, and respectful treatment, especially when our children are involved. I hope this feedback helps other parents understand what to expect and encourages HUS to address such issues to ensure no family faces a similar experience in the future. Sincerely, Venkatesh"

    "Excellence through endeavour - HUS has been true to its motto. Our two sons have been in HUS right from the beginning and their way of teaching has laid a solid foundation for the kids future. I’m sure the teachers invest a lot of time and effort into teaching the kids. A huge thanks to the teachers at Loko Poko and HUS - my younger son (who struggled a lot with reading and writing during COVID) is now confident with reading and writing. My children are extremely happy especially when they come back home and talk about everything they learned. HUS celebrates sports day, graduation day, various festivals and in-house arts and science programs with a lot of fun and fervour and all of us (including the children) truly enjoy it. We as parents are extremely satisfied and not worried about our children’s future when HUS provides the best learning experience for them."
