    "I recently admitted my kid in 4th grade for the coming curriculum year. Admission process was really smooth. There is no hidden agenda. She went through oral and written test. Admission department officials are straight forward in answering our queries. I was totally in dilemma to choose between Modern and Chellammal. But, during the admission process time, I saw many parents from Modern shifting their kids in elementary to Chellammal. They said extracurricular activities and internal competition for kids other than studies alone is good at this school compared other CBSE in Nanganallur."

    "Disappointing Experience – Unfair Treatment & Poor Management As a former student of The Hindu Colony Chellammal Vidyalaya, I spent over a decade here, from 2nd to 12th standard. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the school may seem disciplined on the outside, the reality is quite different. 🔴 Unfair Treatment Towards Students One of the biggest disappointments was the unfair treatment of students. Last year, our batch was not allowed to celebrate Pongal, even though it is an important cultural festival. But this year, after our graduation, the school decided to celebrate it. This kind of biased decision-making makes us feel like we were treated unfairly for no reason. What did we do to deserve this? Why were we denied something that the next batch got so easily? It shows how inconsistent and uncaring the school management is towards students. 🔴 Slam Books Were Strictly Banned – Taking Away Our Memories Unlike other schools, Chellammal Vidyalaya banned slam books, which are one of the most important and memorable parts of Class 12. Many students cherish slam books as a way to preserve friendships and memories before parting ways. But here, the school strictly prohibited them, taking away a beautiful tradition that every 12th student looks forward to. Instead of allowing students to enjoy their final days, the school made it stressful and dull with unnecessary rules. 🔴 Outdated Teaching Methods & Excessive Pressure Many teachers focus only on rote learning, with little to no encouragement for creative or critical thinking. The pressure to score high marks overshadows actual understanding of concepts, making learning a robotic process. Instead of motivating students, some teachers resort to harsh criticism, which affects confidence and mental well-being. 🔴 Limited Extracurricular Opportunities The school fails to provide a balanced education. While they emphasize academics, they neglect extracurricular activities that help students develop holistically. There is barely any focus on sports, arts, or personality development, which puts students at a disadvantage compared to other schools. 🔴 No Farewell or Student Celebrations Unlike neighbouring schools, Chellammal Vidyalaya does not even organize a farewell celebration for outgoing students. A farewell is an important memory for any student, but here, it is completely ignored. This shows how little the school values student emotions and long-term bonds. Final Verdict: Not Recommended Chellammal Vidyalaya is not an ideal school for students who want a well-rounded education. If you are looking for a school that values personal growth, student well-being, and balanced learning, this might not be the right choice. The management needs serious reforms to create a more student-friendly and progressive environment."

    "This is one of the worst school I have ever seen. My daughter is studied here. She has been insulted by all the teachers here. The teachers are uneducated and illiterate here. They don't even converse in English. Don't ever join this school. Very worst management"
