    "School is very good.... Principal madam is also very supportive and humble. But the lady whos looking over reception and admissions is a bit rude. They dont even wanna know your requirements and no respect for parents time. There is a way to explain and communicate information with parents. Just telling me what I am supposed to do will not work."

    "This school won't allow parents to walkin directly to enquire about admission process. They say it's fully online but worst admission process ever seen. Why are you asking to upload all soft copies of documents and family profession/personal details which are sensitive in nature, when you have NO plans to follow-up or consider applications at all?? This branch just highlights Silver Oaks brand but their admission process is cumbersome and poorly managed. I have decided to exclude this school from my list and recommending all parents to stay away from such schools who shows attitude and act as if they are in full demand. I'm wondering why Silver Oaks is running this business with Oakdale when they are not interested in providing quality services. Nevertheless, thumbs down to SilverOaks for their poor admission process."

    "Today when we went to silver oaks wadakpally branch to have a view of the school premises and know their way of teaching and inquire about admissions for my child, we are stopped at security and not allowed to enter the campus stating that everything is online based where we have to share complete details of our childs acedamics including family personal and financial details with no guarantee of confirmation of child admission. Before approaching school campus, we even tried to call the given number in school website and google to make an appointment , but the number is always busy and no call backs can be expected. How can one share complete details of their child in the inquiry form itself without having any information about the school or knowing about availability of open admissions. To sum up, admissions process is very tedious and unmanaged improperly."

We were rudely halted at the gate by security, forced to provide personal details in an entry book, and instructed to fill out an inquiry form through a malfunctioning QR code. When seeking assistance, the security guard callously passed us off to Sravanthi Madam, demanding her approval for entry. The QR code's failure led to further inconvenience as we were directed to complete the form on the school's website, only later discovering an undisclosed inquiry fee requirement. This ordeal showcased a complete lack of hospitality, leaving us stranded at the entrance with no reception or guidance. It appears the school management is unyieldingly rigid, imparting a discourteous attitude that extends even to potential students and their parents. This raises serious concerns about the values being instilled in the students, as the dismissive and unaccommodating behavior contradicts the fundamental principles of a welcoming educational environment. A thorough reevaluation of their admission procedures and customer service standards is imperative to avoid tarnishing the school's reputation and causing distress to prospective families."

    "I used to be a student in this school and I believe that only a student’s experience can’t be taken to word when joining your kid for admission. My short answer is a quick NO. The teachers put a lot of pressure on the students, criticise the students on the smallest of mistakes, Silveroaks was equivalent to hell. The teacher once made me sit beside a dustbin because I forgot my book. The teachers also gossip about students, they talk, quote on quote, “I was looking for this chance to punish you and I finally got one.” The teachers are so biased only showing interest to the people who get 99% on tests. In class I just shut up and don’t answer any questions because no matter I’m right or wrong, the teacher will not take my answer seriously and just stare at me if I’m joking. ONLY JOIN YOUR KID IF YOU WANT HIM TO SUFFER, I’m just trying to help."
