The Vidyasagar Educational Trust was established by K.E.Ch. Vidyasagar B.A. and Mrs. Manorama M.A, PG Dip in Education, who have over 25 years of experience in the education field. The Trust was registered on June 9th, 1999. The trustees are educated intellectuals who hold high positions in society. The founders opened the SILICON VALLEY SCHOOL due to the lack of quality education in the semi-urban area of Bangalore. The area consists of a middle-class population of migrants from other states or people who have moved to the outskirts of the city due to the high cost of living. The founders wanted to provide quality education to this section of society. The school started with only seven students, but it has grown to 400 students in 15 years.

The school has continuously grown in terms of infrastructure and academic excellence. The school is proud of its experienced, qualified, and passionate teaching staff. Throughout the year, the school conducts co-curricular activities, sports activities, community service, fieldwork, and more.
