The New Millennium Public School was founded by Smt. Chaya Ranganatha and administered by Sri. H. Ranganatha with the aim of providing quality education that is accessible and affordable. The school began in the year 2000 with only 23 students in a rented building. In the academic year 2003-04, the school moved to its own building to provide a secure environment for learning to over 400 students. The school, which initially only offered kindergarten, saw its first batch of 7th-standard students graduate and pass with flying colors, joining prestigious high schools for further education.

The school management recognized the importance of technological know-how and set up a fully-fledged computer lab during the academic year 2008-09 with the latest software and trained professionals to support students in becoming technically sound. In the academic year 2009-10, the school took a big leap forward by starting its own secondary school with the continued support and belief of parents and well-wishers.

In January 2010, SMART CLASSES, a new teaching method that uses projectors and animations, was introduced in our school. This was previously only available to prestigious institutions, but it was now accessible to all students from KG to secondary school. This was a significant development for us and something we were proud of.

The most memorable moment for us was when the first batch of 10th grade students in the academic year 2011-12 achieved a 100% result in their board exams. Since then, all subsequent batches have also achieved 100% results, with many students receiving distinctions and first-class grades.

We believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, so we place great emphasis on sports-related activities. Our school has a full-fledged band troop that has won many inter-school prizes and participated in various displays. Our students have also participated in various zonal, taluk level, and district-level sports competitions, and have won awards in individual, group and athletic events. In the academic year 2015-16, the Bharth Scouts were introduced at our school, and we hope to see active participation from students in this movement of self-discipline and confidence building activity.

We are proud to have represented the Student Association for road safety in the state-level March past display at the Manek Shah Parade Grounds during the republic Day celebrations in 2013 and won first prize. We also exhibited our talent during the republic day celebration of 2017 and were awarded for the second time.

In 2015-16, we introduced KARADI PATH English communication, Yoga, Karate, Music, Dance, and Individual Science Kits to help students become comfortable and communicative in the international language, as well as for all-round physical and mental development and practical exposure to subject knowledge.

Apart from the regular calendar of events, we encourage children to participate in many activities such as the celebration of national festivals, school elections, talent week, inter-class competitions, and art and science clubs.

Our teaching faculty is well qualified and trained in imparting quality education guided by holistic and moralistic values. We are always trying to upgrade our standards to provide children with a strong educative and moral base on which they can build a bright future for themselves.

Today, we have around 800 students in our school who are gearing up for a bright future with confidence and enriched knowledge. We have approximately 45 faculty members, including teaching, non-teaching, and supporting staff members, who put in their best efforts to educate the students and turn our dreams into reality.
