HOLY MISSION ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL

On 12th March, 2001, Smt. Sutapa Chowdhury & Shri Supriya Chowdhury founded Holy Mission English Medium School at New Alipore in South Kolkata. Since then, Sutapa Chowdhury has been working as the founder-principal and Supriya Chowdhury has been working as the rector. The school was founded with the “holy mission” of educating and enabling 1st generation learners. It began with only six students and 4 committed teachers. It is run by the Holy Mission Education Society. An English-medium and co-educational School, Holy Mission has played a significant role in the social and intellectual development of 1st generation learners within the city.
