"We started our journey in 6th April 1994 in the name of Shining Stars. Later we became the Franchisee of Brainobrain kids Academy Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai from 14th November 2009 and renamed our school as “Gingle Kids”. OUR MOTO : To study the young children’s development between ages 1.5 to 5 years, to study their background (parents / environment) and to observe and guide them in such a way so that they can easily adjust and cope up with any environment, any time as required. High quality preschool is related to better intellectual and social / behavioral development for children. Quality teachings include warm interactive relationship with children having a trained coordinator / teacher, good proportion of trained teachers on the staff. One Key point of good child development and growth is the child’s ability to communicate and speak his / her minds. Parents and Teachers can play a leading role and take the first step in getting the child to open up. This requires that the child be completely comfortable with the surrounding and the people in it. Aside from home. Pre-schools are an ideal place for a child to develop and improve their communication skill. Gingle kids is different from any other play school for its unique features. Here we give stress on a child’s individual talent. We believe every child is unique and they have all the resources within themselves, and our job is to bring out their talents and groom them in their spontaneous way. Our teachers are both Montessori and NLP Trained, so they are able to bring out their inner talents by grooming them in a healthy environment. Here we are always with your children and wherever they are in the ladder; even if they haven’t started we are there with them to climb along. We are giving them some challenging activities which they are interested and capable of doing. Gingle Kids is a place where children loves to come, they are happy to be with us and they are learning by doing, by observing, by singing, by dancing, by seeing, by hearing, by experiencing, by playing and all that happening sometimes consciously and sometimes unconsciously – our syllabus and technique are just as powerful as to attract our children towards learning. We always do with them rather telling them what to do, we always think in their shoes which helps us all to come together. RULES AND REGULATIONS : Discipline is very important in our life. Discipline is required for us in every step. Children growing up with discipline will be able to achieve success in his / her life. So to maintain discipline in school we have introduced certain rules and regulations for the parents / respective teachers. Punctuality is inculcated in children at an early stage. So parents are requested to cooperate with us by sending their children in time. Children should reach school by 9.40 am. School gate will be closed after 9.40 am. for prayer and other activities. We arrange “Parents-Teacher-Principal Meet” on Friday/Thursday once in alternative months. This meeting is an opportunity for both parents and teachers to learn from each other. Nobody knows a child better than his/her parents, their insights into their child’s Strength and needs, learning styles can help us to improve our instructional methods. Thus we can work hand in hand for a child’s empowerment. To keep a homely environment in school we allow children to come in informal dresses on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday and Friday are “Uniform day” for them. Parents are requested to send their children in Red Sweater/Jacket and red cap/scarf in winter."
