DUMDUM ROAD GOVT SPONSORED SCHOOL

DumDum Road Govt Sponsored School is an integrated govt sponsored school for girls only. It was established on 2nd January 1962. It comprises of classes Pre-primary to XII. It is situated in the heart of Dumdum and is just 5 minutes walk from DumDum Railway and Metro station. It is situated on Dumdum Road, Chanapatty bus stop and is under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Ward IV. It is the only girls higher secondary school of ward IV. The aim of our school is the holistic development of our students. We aim to provide them modern education but also nurture their traditional values and encourage them to explore our country’s rich and varied heritage.
