About School
De Paul School, Kolkata, is an educational institute established and managed by the Vincentians fathers of the North Indian Province (N.I.P.) of the Congregation of the Mission (C.M.) under the Articles 29 & 30 of the Constitution of India. The members are Catholic Priests and Brothers belonging to the Congregation of the Mission founded by St. Vincent de Paul in 1625. The congregation runs a network of schools, colleges and universities of its own in different parts of the world.
As a Minority Institution, De Paul School is primarily meant to cater to the needs of the Christian community. However, it is open to the students of other communities as well. Being a Christian institute it maintains its Christian atmosphere, identity and character. Therefore, only Christian worship will be conducted in the school campus.
