The modern era has brought about significant advancements in technology, as well as changes in the way we live our lives. Change is a constant, and in recent decades, our country has undergone various revolutionary transformations. However, when it comes to education, we still rely on traditional practices of evaluating someone based solely on their exam grades and scores. Unfortunately, there is little emphasis on the acquisition of skills and desired behaviors. It is disappointing to know that around 80% of our graduates are not prepared for employment, while the remaining 20% require some form of guidance.
Although our graduates excel in content with rote learning, they face challenges when it comes to understanding concepts that require a combination of knowledge, skill, and practical application in real-life scenarios. These thoughts led to the establishment of Samsidh Schools, which focus on teaching students the necessary knowledge, skills, and desired behavior required to lead a contented life.
