MOTHER MARY ENGLISH SCHOOL

Mother Mary English School (MMES) is a community of traditional and well-grounded individuals where students and teachers cooperate and respect each other. Throughout the year, the school organizes various activities that encourage qualities such as leadership and self-discipline. Drama, Performing Arts, Debating, and Music are significant parts of the curriculum.

We believe that the success of our students comes from their intellectual, moral, physical, and emotional development. Our consistent emotional support makes them feel safe and enables them to function at their maximum potential. Therefore, we take pride in being acknowledged as a center of excellence.

MMES started as a children's daycare facility in 1984 with only 17 children. Today, it has over 600 students and is a renowned institution within the neighborhood and the community. The founders, Augustan and Irene Slim realized that the expensive fees of private schools in the area prevented many underprivileged children from attending them. They decided to start a school with an SSLC syllabus and an affordable fee structure, which led to the establishment of MMES.

Currently, the school comprises a nursery, primary, and high school. Our highly qualified staff is dedicated to the development of students within the institution. Our school's credo is built on love, guidance, and knowledge. 

As an institution, MMES is committed to providing quality education to the children in the community and helping them grow as responsible citizens through child-focused approaches and ongoing improvement.
