Sri Guru Raghavendra Educational Trust® was established in 1995 with the goal of providing education to the community in and around Doddabommasandra, near Vidyaranyaura, Bangalore – 560097. The Trust offers education for Nursery students, as well as students from Grades 1 to 10, and is affiliated with CBSE New Delhi.

Mahesh Memorial Kendriya Vidyashala was established in the year 1995-96 on a spacious one-acre land. The premises are known as "Gnanadhama," which means a treasure trove of knowledge encompassing divine intuition, devotional mysticism, and practical wisdom. The management consists of well-known personalities in the field of education who have served in the field for more than three decades.

At GnanaDhama, we strive to groom children into knowledgeable and responsible citizens. Since our inception, more than fifteen batches have passed out from our school, with a steady range of percentage of results between 95 and 100 in the SSLC/public examination so far. Many of our students have become engineers, doctors, MBA's, MCA's, BCA's, BBMS, M.A, M.com, MSc and a large number of them are still pursuing higher education. We feel content that we have been doing justice and achieving our objectives in the field of education. It has become possible, of course, with the cooperation and support of our beloved parents.

We believe that every child has varied talents, and it is our responsibility to identify and nurture these talents to help them hold noble professional occupations in the future. We also recognize that all students are not equally receptive, and some may be considered slow learners. However, we must try to take them into the mainstream and provide equal opportunities for all. This is what we do at GnanaDhama.

Parents, especially mothers, play a vital role in achieving desired results at the school level as they set goals for their children's future right from the day of their birth. We request all parents to take an active part in shaping the future of their child by extending a helping hand to the school authorities. We admit students from all classes, irrespective of their caste and creed, as our management believes in inclusivity.

We encourage indoor and outdoor games and try to balance curricular and co-curricular activities in our calendar of events every year.
