Jaigopal Garodia was a philanthropist who believed in giving back to society and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. He contributed financial resources and networks to support the education of students. As a result, the school was named Jaigopal Garodia Rashtotthana Vidya Kendra. Today, JGRVK has grown to become a prestigious educational institution in Bengaluru. The school prides itself on its Bharathiya ethos, which fosters ‘Panchamukhi Shikshana’, a value-based education for the all-round development of a child that comprises Physical, Emotional, Psychological, Intellectual, and Spiritual Education. This system of education is popularly known as the “Gurukul” system of Education.
The school was established with the vision of providing children with a Bharathiya version of education that promotes the knowledge of Sanskrit shlokas, music, and dance, reflecting the Indian tradition. Today, JGRVK is equipped with well-lit spacious classrooms, state-of-the-art laboratories, a library, and art and dance rooms. We identify the unique potential within each child, nurture, promote, and empower them to be multifaceted and responsible citizens of the world.
