The institution was established in June 2000 by Shree Mahaveer Jain Shikshan Sangh with the aim of providing quality, value-based education to students. It is located on K.R. Road, which is one of the key landmarks of Bangalore. The college offers a platform for students with both intellectual and talent wings to pursue careers in Commerce and Management.
To ensure proficiency in their core skills, the college provides compulsory value-added courses such as Advanced Accounting Techniques, Advanced Computing Skills, Management and Leadership, and SAP courses, along with soft skills such as Team building, leadership & Pre-Placement preparation.
The college's focus on quality education is evident from its students' achievements. In 2011, five of its students secured the 8th and 9th rank, while in 2013 and 2015, one student each secured the 7th rank. Similarly, in 2017, one student secured the 10th rank, and in 2020, one student secured the 3rd rank in B.Com Examinations conducted by Bangalore University.
As C.B Bhandari Jain College enters its 23rd year of service, it hopes to introduce more educational avenues for its students and continue its commitment to youth empowerment.
