We, the Carmelite Fathers who operate Carmel Academy, have a rich history in education. As a Catholic religious order, the Carmelites have a proud and lasting legacy of 800 years.
Throughout these eight centuries, much has changed in the life of our Carmelite community. However, the one constant that has always distinguished our way of life is our commitment to prayer, community, and apostolic works. It's a well-rounded way of life that brings us closer to Christ while serving His Church.
Today, we are present in 36 countries around the world, and our teaching mission and excellence are unmatched. For us, teaching is not just a job, but a calling, and we have had great success in countries such as the US, UK, Germany, Ireland, and Italy. Since 1987, we have been operating in Bangalore, but now we feel that the time has come for us to do something unique for the people we serve. Carmel Academy, Bangalore, is our long-cherished dream, and we believe it can contribute to the comprehensive and innovative development of the children we hope to educate at our institution.
